Mobile Survey

A mobile survey makes it possible to set up closed rooms, where respondents are asked to participate at specific events, for example watching a certain TV channel.

Moreover, smartphones, in particular, can give access to visual photo documentation of social situations which can be useful when surveying alcohol culture, cycling or similar. Here, the respondents’ photos can also be used as a basis for in-depth interviews.

This makes it easier for the respondent to recall feelings and reactions at a given time.

THE USERS’ FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCES 

If the aim is to, for example, study the experiences of train travellers, it may be beneficial to ask a series of respondents to answer questions using their mobile phones during or immediately after their train journey, in order to make sure that their first-hand experience is reported. 


 

EASY & CHEAP

It is both easy and cheap to reach population segments that use the Internet daily, and it is easier to achieve a geographic variety within the target group then the surveys are conducted digitally.
